My articel current status is shown as item delivery confirmed but i had not recieved the article on my adress

Ask the courier co. to produce delivery note. They will not be able to produce or produce a note which shows delivery made to a person without proper identification papers who is other than the rightful owner.
You can then ask the courier co. for the article to be claimed back from the person to whom the article has been delivered and later to be handed over to you.
