EVALUATION

Let I am x years old

∴ My age = x years

My brother is 3 years elder to me

∴ Age of my brother

= ( x + 3 ) years

Again my mother was 26 years of age when I was born

∴ Age of my mother

= ( x + 26 ) years

Now my sister was 4 years of age when my brother was born

∴ Age of my sister

= ( x + 3 + 4 ) years

= ( x + 7 ) years

Again My father was 28 years of age when my sister was born

∴ Age of my father

= ( x + 7 + 28 ) years

= ( x + 35 ) years

∴ The age of my father when my brother was born

= ( x + 35 ) - ( x + 3) years

= 32 years

∴ The age of my mother when my brother was born

= ( x + 26 ) - ( x + 3) years

= 23 years
