firstly you have to read the all chapter in topic wise thoroughly .

the simplest way to learn about wars and date you have to mugg up that ..and also visual learning is more effective .you can go to any YouTube video for specific topics ..

if you have a lot of problems in history then you can better ask your subject teacher

Honestly, for me... Mind maps help a lot. It helps me to remember the main points and take a look at the topic at a glance.

Also, make sure to ask questions like "When? Where? How? What Happened? What were the Consequences?" etc.... These help you to cover a topic very well and you can be mentally prepared with an answer beforehand.
