My colege has taken away my marks sheet and I want my marksheet for admission in new college and I can't renew in short span of time ,if i take my marksheet from ex college without submitting 4 years of money they will stamp their college symbol on my marksheet Is this will harm the value of my document?

Yeah bcoz they would write on marksheet about your ''not giving money'' stuff and would certainly have a bad impression.
