There are three ways you can go about doing this:

Use a program like PC Decrapifier. It will automatically scan your computer for bloatware and automatically uninstall it.

Open the Uninstall a program control panel and manually uninstall each piece of bloatware, one-by-one.

Reinstall Windows.

If your Computer is not working on normal setup, i.e, If any error is showing then reboot your computer and if it is not starting then check cpu and restart after clicking F1 on the keuboard and press enter on the keyboard two to three times.
