Well, when you divide or multiply anything by 1, the results won't change, right, so 4/49/100/1, and now, if a fraction divides other fraction, that is, x/y ÷ a/b, the reciprocal of the fraction at the right side of the divide symbol (a/b) is multiplied with the other fraction (x/y), which changes to x/y × b/a, hope you find it easy now
