My cousin sister is in class 11.She's gonna face her annuals in the 2 nd week of february.Although she took all her practical exams(phy and chem),she missed the biology practical due to health issues.So is this a serious issue?

No. Let her study well n score good marks on her biological theory paper.

Ask her to grant a leave for the practical day by giving a medical certificate to the principle of the school. As per I know the practical's are not been allowed to appear after the given date..
