Sometimes when we give a print command, the document doesn’t print since the common directly doesn’t go to the printer. Instead it is placed in queue. The problem arises when the queue gets stuck, you do the following to overcome this problem:

1. Switch off the system

2. Or else you can right-click on the start menu  or go to My Computer icon and click manage.  

3. You will get a dialogue box then expand Services and Applications and click on Services. Move down until you find Print Spooler.

4. Right-click on Print Spooler and click on Properties.

• Then click on Stop to halt the print spooler.  

• Then use Windows Explorer and navigate to the folder

“c:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS”2 It has folder which has the print queue.

Now go back to  Printer Spooler Properties dialog and click on Start.

• Turn on the printer and try to print.
