my elder sister learnt pottery as her hobby and wants to start her own potterry studio but my parents wants that she would continue her study for better future

I think Pottery is a great profession and could earn her fame too. But as your parents say, she should also continue her studies. Perhaps she can start a Pottery industry or even teach her art to others, but education is necessary for that. She can do Pottery part-time of she wants, or pursue it as her career after she has finished her studies : )
