You would not want to squeeze this whole paragraph into one sentence. There are at least two ideas there, each of which deserves a sentence of its own:
"My father is 45 years old, but he still plays football and goes jogging. He does not, however, play tennis anymore since he broke his wrist two years ago. "
Or the second sentence could be:
However, since he broke his wrist two years ago, he does not play tennis anymore .
There are a few other "valid" variations of how the whole thing could be phrased, but my main points are:
1 . don't jam everything into one sentence, it will be messy and hard to follow;
don't make it a whole bunch of very short sentences either or your prose will sound choppy;
Try to align your sentences with the ideas that you want to communicate one sentence one idea. It may not always be possible or even the best, but in general, I would aim for that.
