Television provides information and entertainment. I watch television only in the evening after completing my homework and studies. I like to watch the serial Ramayana. It is the story of Lord Rama. He was an obedient son. He obeyed the wishes of his parents and went to the forest to spend fourteen years of exile. His wife Sita and his brother Lakshman followed him to the forest. While in exile, his wife was kidnapped by Ravana (the king of Lanka). Lord Rama killed Ravana and saved Sita. The Ramayana teaches us a lot of values. It tells us to be obedient to our parents. It also tells us not think too highly of ourselves. This is why I loved the serial.
