My Friend has weak eyesight,but refused to wear glasses and he is unable to do well in exam so how I would encourage him to wear glasses and I what I say to convince him

First of tell  him that if his eyes don't get proper rest then it will increase and he will start getting a headache and have to ware a really thick glass tell him he might also fail in his exam  their are many people who don't like to ware glasses and become blind ok byte
