My friend is shy and often face prblm with group task and not able ti give her best and get left out often do you feel she will be open to tell you the reason

Friend is shy because he might have fear that if he is at fault anywhere,His friends will make fun of him.But His attitude may be harmful to him as he can lose marks in various group activities.We can suggest him not to be so and he must be confident to whatever he speaks.We can encourage him to take part in various activities comfortably.Students should not make fun of him whever he makes mistakes.Parents too should advice him not to be so shy as it can be harmful to him.Parents can show the fear of failure in group activities if he continues to be shy.
