Why so?

Since two numbers are The square of other two, only three numbers with single digits are same.

Now 0 and 1 can't be the integers as it's given all are different numbers.

Thus we have

 {2}^{2}  = 4 \\  {3}^{2}  = 9

Thus arranging them in ascending order we get \underline{\boxed{\green{2349}}}
