I dreamed great dreams, I sailed the seas of imagination, I lived with great passion, I fought my enemies and defended my friends, I became rich, I became poor, I was healthy, I was ill, I was angry, sad, elated, in love, out of love, ate wonderful food, tried everything. I traveled in search of God, talked to everyone I knew, went to the library, read things on the internet, became frustrated, lonely, empty and happy again. I joined different organizations, made new friends, traveled some more. left behind so many people. Then bitter, what did others have that I did not have? Why were they happy in a way I could not define. I bought a sports car, it was fun, then I didn't care, I bought a house, so many rooms, I wandered in it without satisfaction. I fought with others for social justice, volunteered for good causes and helped others, still that empty spot. Ha,ha,ha, you know it took me a long time to realize I was having a fight with myself.
