It is probably because some virus attacked your laptop or
the HP support app needs an update
OR BEWARE if you see this on a random site or something do NOT click on that, it is a SPAM VIRUS.
hope it helped, take it to a verified repair shop if it persists or if it is not an update, maybe your files are in danger.
