My mate,
Lord Krishna was cursed by Ghandhari (the wife of Dhritarashtra,mother of Duryodhan)
She cursed lord Krishna as he helped pandavas to kill her beloved sons and krishna could have stopped the war but he supported the war against Kauravas by highlighting the humiliation of Panchali..
So she cursed Lord Krishna that the country made by him(Dwaraka) would be submerged in sea water,all will suffer ,no one will be there to wipe the tears of people.. and Krishna will be killed by a hunter when he is naked.
A hunter called JARA killed Lord Krishna.

As we all know Ram and Krishna are avatars of Lord Vishnu and Krishna's previous birth is Ram
imIn Ramayan ,Ram helped Sugriva by killing Valli.Valli had a boon that if he wish he can take the half the energy of hus opponent so,Rama was hiding behind the bush a killed Valli, hiding and kill6 is Adharma

In mahabharat, As per the curse , krishna was naked so he amwas sleeping behind the bush.A hunter called Jara came there,as krishna was behind the bush only Krishna's tip of the toe was visible.Sun was glowing brightly and in the sunlight the toe was line a deer and jara killed Krishna unknowingly...
This was a historic reason]

Why Krishna didn't react to the curse:-
Krishna did not voluntary got the curse,Lord Vishnu took avatar to destroy Adharma and it is compulsory to kill Duryodhan who was doing Adharma ,if we want to kill Duryodhan war is necessary ,no other way.So, krishna started the war

Krishna's reason was:-
Krishna told,he got appreciation and many ashirvath from all the mothers(incl the previous births,and krishna consideref all the women as his own mother),if they gave curse also we should accept it happily....
