No, the excuse made by the bricklayer was not appropriate. He saw that everyone is blaming other persons for their mistakes so he did the same thing.
If we do something with our mind in it, the work or task will most probably be full of errors.
We can learn that it is important to do any task small or big with all our mind and soul otherwise it will never b perfect.
