I love boycuts too and I’m girl - just express your feeling to your mum, tell her how bad you want it . If she doesn’t agree then just use this sentence - i usually use it on my mom and she agrees -“ mom/dad/,etc why would you want to steal my childhood away from me? , It was just one small wish .anyway it’ll grow back in 2 weeks’’, if she says no just beg her
