this is request you for leave application owing to my mother illness. my mother is suffering from severe illness and i have to take her to hospital for treatment and look after her. for this reason I am not able to attend the school for two days kindly grant me leave for i.e 21th-22 April 2019 . I shall be highly obliged to you if you will sanction me the leave.
