My multimeter is not responding and inside the pcb of this, a particular microcontroller heats up at very high temperature.

What is happening....
Kindly help me.
How to make this..

Don't worry ! Calm down , that overheating might just be because there's exceeding magnetic flux passing through the unwanted MOs.
Simple words to be used !
Try showing this up to a nearby hardware store and your problem will be solved in minutes for free !

I've been facing this issue at my time when I had bought a new one to demonstrate it to my students !
