my my parents and grandparents and Nana and Nani does not have any eye problem and I am 15 year old and suffering from myopia and my eye power is -2.25 and -1.75 in eye and it happens in past 3 years and I was phone addicted from 3-4 years is it happens due to excessive use of phone or it is genetic?? please help me​

it is not the genetic problem and it is also not the cause of excessive use of phone. according to the increasing of the your age the eye power didn't change from the very younger age
