My name is Emily. I'm from New York but I live in Florida. My family and I are currently in New York celebrating Diwali and Thanksgiving. My family is from Trinidad, but some ancestors were part Indian so they celebrate Diwali. Me, my mom and my sister never celebrated Diwali before. I know what Diwali is but I never celebrated it.
