Following are my New Year’s resolution for 2021:
==> Never Skipping Breakfast : For past few years I am skipping my breakfast but no more. Enough is enough.
==> Walking atleast 5000 steps a day : I have made plans to be physical activity and what better and easier way than simply walking a certain number of steps and for tracking number of steps walked, I have been using The Pedometer app available in Android playstore.
==> Hitting the Gym four times a week : Not much needed to be said here. It’s must for everyone to do some kind of exercise and I choose going to Gym for myself.
==> Sleeping on time : I have faced issues with sleep in the past. So I know it’s importance. I am quite determined from my side to sleep on time so that I can get proper 7 hours of sleep daily.
==> Writing every weekend : I have made plans to improve my writing skills and for this I have decided to write more and more answers on Quora and various blogs and articles on the othersites.
==> Calling family members each day : Life is unpredictable. You never know when it’s your time, so staying in regular touch with the ones who all really matters is one of my priority for this year.
==> Reading : What you do in your free time may do wonders for you in future. We have almost one-third of our day as free time. So instead of just wasting it around, I would like to utilize it to know about the world, it’s history, human psychology and different philosophies which have guided the world and billions of people who reside in it.
==> Staying hydrated all day : This is one of the best things that you can do for your body and mind. You will thank yourself in later part of your life for inculcating this habit.
==> Developing mindsets of ABUNDANCE, GROWTH, ACTIVE and OPTIMIST.
