My one permanent tooth has grown 'above' the milk tooth. If I break the milk tooth then the permanent tooth is not visible because it is covered by the lip. What should I do ? Please give genuine answers. Be very serious.

you must go to dentist and apply teethchain on it for 6- 8 months
