My question is
As we know our all study is coming on phone and we want to complete it as a student of 7 th class my studies are too much but it's not good for my eyes. So what are other solution in which I can complete my work it will not effect to my eyes because I will not come in contact of mobile .
And ha the answer should be not like sit infront of computer ya tab .

The first thing that I will suggest you that whenever you are using your mobile switch on your dark mode and eye protection mode.

After that if possible whatever you are assigned just print it or Xerox it ....
