AB/BC=BD/AB ( Sides are propotional in similar triangles)

BY CROSS MULTIPLICATION we get..

Ab square=BC.BD

hence proved..

ii) ABC ~ ADC( right triangle theorem)

AC/BC = DC/AC ( Sides are propotional in similar triangles)

BY CROSS MULTIPLICATION we get

AC square = BC. BD

Hence proved..

iii) ADC ~ ABD ( right triangle thm)

AD/BD= CD/AD (sides are propotional in similar triangles)

BY CROSS MULTIPLICATION WE get

AD square=BD × CD

hence proved..
