Solution:-

given equation:-

3 {x}^{2} - 2kx + 2m \\ the \: zeroes \: are \: x = 2 \: nd \: 3 \\ then \\ if \: x = 2 \\ 3 \times 4 - 4k + 2m = 0\\ - 4k + 2m = - 12 \\ 4k - 2m = 12 = 0......(1) \\ if \: x = 3 \\ 3 \times 9 - 6k + 2m = 0 \\ - 6k + 2m = - 27 \\ 6k - 2m = 27......(2) \\ substraction \: (1) in(2) \\ 2k = 15 \\ k = \frac{5}{2} \\ put \: k \: value \: in \: eq(1) \\ 4 \times \frac{15}{2} - 2m = 12 \\ - 2m = 12 - 30 \\ m = \frac{18}{2} \\ m = 9 \\ now \\ (k = \frac{15}{2} \: m =9 )ans \\ i \: hope \: its \: helpfull
