Answer:

A force is any action that tends to alter the state of rest or uniform motion motion of a body. This is essentially Newton's first Law of motion. Energy is a property of an system that is a measure of the capacity to do work. for example Potential, kinetic .

Explanation:

ok  me try to explain this is very simple term

since u are a kid so u will love this example

so FORCE meaning is noting but when u are doing something mess in yur home and your mom gets and angry then she slaps u in your face that slap she will hurt u enough so that u will cry because your chick hurt right. do u know why its hurts because that tight slap given by your mom is hurting your chick and that slap produces force due to which u can cry and even u can feel it.

ENERGY; it means when u are playing a lots of outdoor games then definetly u play with great energy what thats mean. it means when u are playing then u need someting to support your body to do work. that work is nothing but u are playing. in science energy is nither be created nor be destroyed because your kinetic energy will transfer to heat energy because after running a lot u have to stop a breath but sience u are kid dont understand what is kinetica and heat energy when u will grow up will find this definition automatically. but till now enjoy and simply undestand the meaning
