my question is, why it rains less in winter? in Google I got that the air is cold therefore it cannot hold the water vapour, if so then where does the water goes since it rain less and sky is full of white clouds ?

Notice something about the way the blue numbers change? The reason there is so much more precipitation when it is cold rather than hot, is simply because the cold air can hardly hold any water vapor before reaching saturation, while hot air can hold quite a bit!
