My responsibilities towards garbage

If all of us assume that garbage is our responsibility, we will have a cleaner and prettier city in our communities, therefore being responsible implies being conscious, which implies being consistent. Therefore, being responsible for my garbage, covers the three fields: to be aware and consistent with the fact that the cleanliness of ALL the places I live, is my responsibility.
