my samsung A5 mobile is just showing samsung logo on black screen..it is not switching on...pl help?

I think u need to go near by phone shop they can really help u

the simple answer was if had a Windows p just install samsung kies or whatever samsung electronics ltd.provides for phone support and the simply u should hav to connect your phone to pc via usb cable then wo wahan par pc mn apka fone display krta ar ap backup b leskti thi samsung cloud backup se then apko upar left corner pe help ka tap milta uspe click krke apko milta upgrade phone firmware uspe
click krke apko fir apne phone ka model ar serial no. enter krna tha wo ussi phone ka original software download krke apke phone ka software flash krta.ar apka fone tikh hota
