My School My vision

Today if there's any institution that exerts the best influence on us after the family, it's the varsity. The years that we spend in class aren't merely time spent in learning and filling our minds with knowledge, but also time spent in molding our character, acquiring various attitudes, and imbibing basic principles of life. the fundamental traits of our personality are formed during our college days.

The name of my school is Don Bosco lycee. it's situated in a town called Tura, W.Garo hills, Meghalaya. it's considered to be one of every of the best schools within the state, highly acclaimed for its excellent HSLC results. the college building is a powerful structure. It consists of 4 floors and has about 25 classrooms. Classrooms are spacious and airy.

Two staircases at both ends cause the floors. the college features a well-equipped library, a well-established research lab, and a superb computer room, all of which are situated on the third floor. the varsity auditorium situated on the top-most floor is alleged to be the best hall in the region. The Principal’s office, clerk’s room, and therefore the Staff Room are on the bottom floor, near the doorway.

The school canteen is another important part of the varsity complex. it's situated on a separate wing near the bottom floor. Two cemented basketball courts interchange in front of the Principal’s office, while the school’s playing field lies at the far end of the compound. A little garden stuffed with flower plants surrounds the college building adding to the charm and wonder of the whole complex.

Over 1500 students, ranging in age from the nursery to class X, attend my school. There are over 45 employees. Our headmaster is an experienced and efficient person, who has been at his job for the last 15 years and more. Under his able direction, the college has been obtaining cent percent HSLC results over the last 10 years.
