I have some suggestions

If your teeth is moving and it is a milk tooth then it is the most natural thing to happen. If it is a permanent tooth and it moves then you must see a dentist

On the other hand if it actually is your gums that pain then you must be having gum infection for which too you will need to see a dentist. You will be given some medicine and will be ok soon.

Any other case please write in the comment section.

If it is paining a lot I recommend seeing a dentist and not trying to do anything on your own.

Hope it helps

Tooth sensitivity is caused by the stimulation of cells within these tubes, causing a short, sharp pain when the area is exposed to hot or cold temperatures through food and beverages — or even by the air. Another cause of tooth sensitivity is cracks in the tooth's enamel surface.
