My Spirits didn't descend.
- The three types of sentence are : Simple sentence, Complex sentence and compound sentence.
- The given sentence is a simple sentence. It is also an Assertive or declarative sentence.
- An assertive sentence is one which states facts.
- An assertive sentence is again subdivided into Affirmative (positive) and Negative.
- An affirmative sentence is one which affirms (rather than negates) a proposition. Eg. He is a boy.
- A negative sentence is one which contains negative elements in it such as "not", "no", "never", or "nothing": "I'll never go to that place."
- In order to change an affirmative sentence into a negative one,we need to add negative element to it and use the antonyms of the given verb in the sentence.
- In the given sentence, the opposite of 'rise' is 'descend'.
- Thus, the final answer is My Spirits didn't descend.
