My tab is Alcatel 9026T. Recently, I have this problem of my screen not turning off even after the sleep timings. The tab's sleep timing is 15 seconds. My tab doesn't off after 15 seconds. What can I do?

Locking the tablet isn’t the same as turning off the tablet. It’s more like a computer’s sleep mode. Indeed, a locked tablet is often described as a sleeping or snoozing tablet.

Any timers or alarms you set still activate when your tablet is locked.

To unlock your tablet, press and release the Power/Lock button.
