\underline{\dag\:\textsf{According \: to \: given \: in \: question:}}

\: \: \bullet It is given that mine house number is reversed of my cousin house number (i.e. 21,12).

\: \: \bullet Also, if we do difference between house number then we got two .

\:\: \bullet So, let us assume that the house number will be of two digits.Now; make differences

\underline{\dag\:\textsf{Let's \: head \: to \: the \:  question \; now:}}

\:\:\star Now; start from smallest pair(11,11).Here we get 0 as result.

\normalsize\ : \implies\ 11 - 11 = 0

\:\:\star The next pair(21,12) and 9 is result.

\normalsize\ : \implies\ 21 -12 = 9

\:\:\star The third pair is(31,13) and result is 18.

\normalsize\ : \implies\ 31 - 13 = 18

\:\:\star The fourth pair (41,14) and result is 27.

\normalsize\ : \implies\ 41 - 14 = 27

\:\:\star The fifth pair(51,15) and 36 is result.

\normalsize\ : \implies\ 51 - 15 = 36

\:\:\star The sixth pair(61,16) and 45 is result.

\normalsize\ : \implies\ 61 -16 =45

\:\:\star The seventh pair(71,17) and 54 is result.

\normalsize\ : \implies\ 71 -17 = 54

\:\:\star The eight pair (81,18) and 63 is result.

\normalsize\ : \implies\ 81 - 18 = 63

\:\:\star The ninth pair(91,19) and finally answer is "72".

\normalsize\ : \implies\ 91 - 19 =72

\bullet Here, we get the pair (91,19) in which we get 2 at unit place digit and 19 and 91 are the lowest possible numbers of house.
