My weight is 72 kgs and I am just 10 years old.I know that I am immensley overweight. No doubt that I am strong as I can lift very heavy weights. I go to the gym everyday with my father and I lift 50-60 kgs. But still I am hardly losing any weight via weightlifting. I am very fat. SO how can I loose weight. Please help me.
