my weight is constant from last 4years 45.5kg I have weight machine at my home also and I check weekly and it is constantly not even increase last 4 years what should I do and my age is 20 and I even took proteins all I have tried excercise and all what should I do .

Weight depends on height .If your height is like 4 to 5 feet then the weight 45.5is quite good but if your height is more than 5 feet .
Then try eating more and more carbohydrates , fruits etc. Drink protein and vitamin shakes . Do exercise and watch out for your calories

you should take a proper diet amd have more and more protiens and have milkshakes every night before sleeping and go to walk every day at night after ur dinner
