My windows 7 starter is not working since 23-24 hrs, when I switched it on, first it shows initialising like normal, but when it starts, this blank background of laptop appears, there are no icons. I don't know if it is in full screen or not.
Please tell me what should I do to make it work normally and show all icons

Just switch it off again and after 1 hour turn it on. after that, press many keys one at a time like win key,F11,Enter and also alphabet then if your laptop response then it means no problem is there,If the laptop get started then delete all unrequired application so to make laptop smooth.
iF it. not start then your window is corrupt then you have to install a new window for installing new window you neeed a pendrive in which window is already present then put it inside laptop and when laptop start press the key which laptop ask so to install window then the work is simple.
