myopia means near sighteness

in myopia a person is able to see the far off objects but not the near off objects.

hyper-meropia means far sighteness

in hyper metropia a person is able to see the near by the objects but not the far off objects.

hence,myopia is the opposite of hper metropia

to remember the answer you have to remind one answer may be myopia or hyper metropia you can easily remember the another one because both are the opposite of each other.
