So the answers are,
(1) orbital is S orbital
(2) element is Na(11)


Given,
n(principal quantum number) =3
l(azimuthal quantum number) =0
m magnetic quantum number) =0
S(spin quantum number) =+1/2

• according to (n) the orbit is 3 . And
We know that l=0 it means S orbital
For the value m the no of election is 2
If s is clock wise then +1/2
And for anti clock wise -1/2

• so we need to find an element of outter electric configuration is 3s1

That is Na(11) = 1s2 2s2 2p6 3s1

(1) orbital is S orbital
(2) element is Na(11)
