To find :—

  • n(A U B)

We know that ,

★ n(A U B ) = n(A) + n(B) - n(A ∩ B)

 \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 5 + 3 - 0
