n (A-B) + n(A∩B) = ? please explain​

Answer:

A-B means removing those numbers from A which is situated in set B too.

n(A-B) should be written like {(;;;)(;;;)(;;;;)}

AND

A∩B means taking those numbers who are situated in both sets

For example

if A= {1,2,3,4}

andB={1,2,3}

then

n(A-B)

= n{1,2,3,4}-{1,2,3}

= n{4}

= {(4),∅}

A∩B

= {1,2,3,4}∩{1,2,3}

={1,2,3}
