 \sqrt{ \frac{3n - 5}{n + 1} }  =  \sqrt{3 -  \frac{8}{n + 1} }  \\ for \: integers \\  \:
n+1=+-(1,2,4,8)
n=3 and n= -9

so sum
3-9= -6
