We know that nPr = n(n-1)(n-2)(n-2).... r times.

Thus, n(n-1)(n-2)(n-3) = nP4

Now, it is given that:

n(n-1)(n-2)(n-3) = 360

=> nP4 = 360

=> nP4 = 6×5×4×3

=> nP4 = 6P4

On Equating the two sides,

=> n = 6

Hence, the correct answer is n = 6.
