Hey!

Yes it's true. Since our body requires various proteins for growth and development of the body if we don't get this in adequate amount it will led to malnutrition.

Carbs only gives us energy but doesn't help with growth.

Symptoms are-- tierdness,thin bones,skinny,poor height and growth etc.

So one should follow a proper diet and balance diet to avoid such condition.
