♠ ANSWER :

❇ ATOMIC NUMBER OF Na ( Sodium) = 11.

Electronic configuration Of Na = 2, 8, 1.

Electronic configuration of Na+ = 2, 8.

So, This means that Na + has completely filled K ( 2 electrons) and L ( 8 electrons) shells.

Dear Student,

◆ Answer with Explaination -

  • Sodium (Z = 11) has electronic configuration 2, 8, 1.
  • Sodium donates 1 electron to form Na+ ion.
  • So now electrons remaining in sodium are 2, 8.
  • K shell can fill maximum of 2 e- and L shell can acquire maximum 8 e-.
  • Therefore, Na+ has both K and L shells filled.

Thanks dear. Hope this helps you...
