It is a "striling" word.You'll understand it well with the following example :

यह नाली बह रही है . In this statement above it is बह रही है that shows that the नाली is a striling word .

If it is  यह नाला बह रहा है  then the word is pulling as it is बह रहा है .As u will read the statement you will guess it right away by your own just read a given word n make a sentence out of it ; the sentence formed will help u decide whether the given word is striling or pulling as we have done above with the use of a statement.
