When Baking soda is heated we get Na₂CO₃. When we add 10 molecules of water to the compound obtained we get washing soda (Na₂CO₃.10H₂0)

2NaHCO₃ + Heat → Na₂CO₃ + H₂0 + CO₂

Na₂CO₃ + 10H₂0 → Na₂CO₃.10H₂0
